You can also pre-book an airport pick up, while your still on vacation, anywhere in the world!
Have a friend or family member who can't use the app? You can book a ride for them too! (please put their contact info into notes.)

To pre-book, you simply tap the "now" button before confirming your request.
This will open a window where you can choose any date or time!
Please be advised the time is in 24 hour. Ie: 8pm is 20:00

You can pre-order a ride as far in advance as you like!
Please note: the app holds calls until 2 hours before your order. That way a driver assigned will be on shift at that time!
Pre-schedules pick ups CAN request a specific driver to be assigned; depending on their availability.
Often, we assign the drivers we know to be available for the next morning/work shift. If you have any trouble at all, speak with dispatch/customer service at:
(386-414-0717) about arranging a steady driver for your week(s).
For Gopher‑U requests, specify item details in your messages with your driver through the app, pick‑up address will be the store or location of your requested items, and the destination will be your delivery location.

What's happened is that all drivers may be busy with a passenger and unable to accept your booking. PRE-ORDERS are seen by all active drivers on shift. They could be as close as 2 minutes away once they safely drop off their passenger!
This avoids you trying the app over and over to find an available driver!
Pre- order with a note that your ready for pick-up ASAP!
